How often do I have to submit a list of all products and services in which the Trademark is in use?

Annually, on a form provided by NIB, the agency will provide a listing of all products on the Procurement List that have been previously approved for use with the Trademark. See Section 2.1.1 in the SKILCRAFT License Agreement for more information on Procurement List Products and Services.
