License Agreement Submission Form

Follow this step-by-step guide for reviewing and submitting the licensing agreement, including additional documents, to complete the new licensing agreement requirements.

  1. Complete each question below as requested. 
  2. License Agreement Upload: Click the ‘Select files’ box in order to upload the executed license agreement(s) in the appropriate space.
  3. Do you offer SKILCRAFT Services? Select yes or no.
  4. Do you offer SKILCRAFT commercially? Select yes or no.  
  5. Upload Product NSN, Services and/or Commercial Use List: Click the ‘Select files’ box in order to upload your completed lists document. The online system will not let you submit any documents unless you have completed this step. Download Form Here
  1. Once you have completed all the above information and checked to make sure all required documentation has been completed and attached, click the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the page.
  2. An email confirming receipt of your documents will be sent to the email address provided with your submission.
  3. Note: Your documents will be reviewed within 24 hours. If any questions should arise about the submitted documents, a representative from NIB will contact you directly.
