Yes, within ten (10) calendar days of a written request from an authorized representative of NIB, agency shall furnish NIB with necessary information, including books, records and any other information required to verify agencies compliance with the terms of the license agreement. How long should I, as an agency, keep records of sales volume of products and/or services sold using the SKILCRAFT Trademark?
Each Agency is responsible for keeping at a minimum 5 years’ worth of records showing the sales volume of all products and/or services sold using the Trademark. See Sections 4.3 in the SKILCRAFT License Agreement for more information.

As a licensed agency, am I required to have any type of Insurance?
Yes, a Commercial General Liability policy that includes Products/Completed Operations Coverage, Contractual Liability Coverage, and Personal Injury / Advertising Injury Coverage. See Section 8 in the SKILCRAFT License Agreement for a complete breakdown of insurance requirements.
