Agency will submit to NIB the following: (i) the specific name of the product, (ii) one sample of the product upon request, (iii) written specifications covering material, workmanship, and packaging, including photographs sufficient to show the entire use of the Trademark, and (iv) one complete set of all promotional and advertising materials associated therewith.
